Publishing & Custom URLs

Every form and assessment is shareable with a link the moment it's saved — and on the Professional plan, everything can live under your own subdomain with clean, memorable routes.

Overview

Sharing starts in the share dialog: it shows the shareable link, runs a pre-flight check (name set, at least one item, no validation errors), summarizes who can access the item, and lets you set the availability window without leaving the dialog.

Default links are served on the main Amperlise domain and work on every plan. Custom URLs replace them with your own subdomain and routes.

Custom URLs

A published custom URL has three parts, each configured at its own level:

Together they form the public URL:

https://acme.amperlise.com/hiring/frontend-quiz

Every form, assessment, and page in the workspace can get its own slug, and the Routes page lists them all in one place. The share dialog then offers both the custom URL and the original one.

Access control

Custom URLs respect the same access rules as default links: visibility, the availability window, passwords, and participant identity all apply no matter which URL is used.

Branding

The “Powered by Amperlise” watermark on public renders can be removed with the Remove branding feature. Custom CSS themes restyle the render itself — see the Custom Themes guide.
